3. Design Proposal

After our planning session, we provide a formal proposal that includes:

  • Visuals: Simple drawings or 3D renderings (if needed).

  • Equipment: Launch monitor recommendations based on your skill level and preferences.

  • Scope of work: What’s included—framing, electrical, flooring, etc.

  • Timeline: Start-to-finish build estimates.

  • Budget breakdown: Clear pricing with options to scale up or down.

We’ll walk you through everything to ensure clarity and alignment.

1. Initial Consultation (Free)

This is where we listen. You'll speak directly with our team about your vision, space, budget, and goals. We'll ask questions like:

  • Are you looking for residential or commercial?

  • What space do you have available?

  • What are your priorities—training, entertainment, resale value?

  • What kind of look and feel do you want?

We’ll educate you on your options and guide you toward solutions that fit your goals.

2. Site Visit & Vision Planning

Once we understand your needs, we’ll do an in-person visit (or virtual walkthrough with measurements if needed). During this visit:

  • We assess the space: ceiling height, room dimensions, lighting, ventilation, and acoustics.

  • We discuss placement: where the hitting area, screen, seating, and other elements would fit.

  • We help you dream: including design styles, material selections, and custom features.

This phase builds the foundation for a smart and beautiful install.

4. Contract & Deposit

Once you're confident and ready to proceed, we finalize the contract:

  • Confirm exact scope of work and selections.

  • Set a project timeline.

  • Take a deposit (typically 50%) to secure materials and schedule your build.

This step sets everything in motion.

5. Build & Install

We handle the entire process—from framing to final touch:

  • Order all equipment and materials.

  • Coordinate any subcontractors or trades.

  • Keep you updated with photos and progress reports.

  • Conduct site walkthroughs with you to make sure everything is on track.

We’re hands-on, communicative, and committed to excellence.

6. System Setup & Walkthrough

When construction is complete, we:

  • Install and calibrate all software and hardware.

  • Set up launch monitor settings, courses, profiles, and test functionality.

  • Walk you through the system controls, maintenance, and best practices.

  • Make sure you’re fully comfortable and confident using your new setup.

7. Ongoing Support

We’re not done when the project is. Our team is available for:

  • Tech support and troubleshooting.

  • Upgrades and future add-ons.

  • Referrals for training, coaching software, or leagues.

  • Maintenance and refreshes if your needs change down the road.

You’ll always have a direct line to someone who knows your system.
